At Photography Academy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your apparel and accessories. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.

Affix the Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned apparel, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
